PKF Francis Clark welcomes a new partner

PKF Francis Clark has welcomed “experienced” adviser Martin Rossiter as a new partner based in Salisbury.

Rossiter joins after more than 20 years at RSM, where he was a partner in Basingstoke, and will help farmers and agribusinesses in Wiltshire and beyond navigate the current period of significant change for UK agriculture.

Rossiter said, “Coming from a farming family, I have always enjoyed advising farmers and other owner-managed rural businesses. PKF Francis Clark has an excellent reputation in the rural market, having worked with farmers, landowners and agricultural businesses for over 100 years, and I am delighted to have joined a team that shares my passion for agriculture.

“Growing up in Devon, I almost joined in 1998, when I worked for Deloitte in Cambridge. But we had just had our first daughter, so we decided to move closer to my wife’s family. Since then, I’ve seen how PKF Francis Clark has become the number one law firm in the Westcountry, and I always thought it would be a great choice for me and my clients.

Nick Gooch, Managing Partner of PKF Francis Clark’s Salisbury office, added: “Martin brings many years of experience in advising rural family businesses on their longer term plans and problem solving.

“He’s a really nice guy who builds long-term relationships with clients and gives good, sound advice. He immediately integrated into our team and we are delighted that he has joined us.
